DETOX MENUS AND NATURAL JUICES

Detox menus are designed as a three-course meals, and contain up to 1300 kcal, also do not contain meat products and processed carbohydrates. Our goal is to have meals rich and light and filling. Juices can be consumed alone or with a meal.

NATURAL JUICES

  • GOOD MORNING VITAMIN ENERGIZER JUICE – it energizes you for  good start of the day (citrus juice)
  • GREEN POWER JUICE -cleans and detox the body (apple, chard and carrot)
  • BLOODY JUICE- good for your blood (apple, carrot, beet and ginger)
  • DIGESTIVE HELPER – helps your digestive track (pineapple, apple and melon)
  • SLEEP TIME JUICE – it is soothing and calming (carrots, celery, apple and lavender)

VEGETERIAN/VEGAN DETOX MEALS

BREAKFAST

  • Fruit oat meal with Goji berries
  • Cup of yogurt full of probiotics *vegetarian but not vegan
  • Good morning vitamin energizer juice (citrus juice)

LUNCH

  • Our special detox soup (clear soup of root vegetables)
  • Ratatouille served with local extra virgin olive oil (Egg plant, zucchini, peppers, onions and tomatoes)
  • Seasonal locally grown salad (mixed salad)
  • Fruit cocktail (Mixed fruit served in the crust of cantaloupe)

DINNER

  • Zucchini Carpaccio with caper and extra virgin olive oil
  • Stuffed Eggplaint with young mozzarella cheese and sweet tomato’s drizzled with reduction Aceto Balsamico (for vegan option of this meal we substitute  mozzarella with Tahini)
  • Seasonal locally grown salad (mixed salad)
  • Fruit sorbet served with fresh fruit
