A coffee enema

An enema is one of the oldest ways of body cleansing and it has been used for hundreds of years. THE PROCESS OF MAKING COFFEE ENEMA:

Coffee enema is done so that in 9 dcl of distilled water put three large spoonful of bio coffee (photo 1, photo 2, photo 3). Allow to boil and so hold for 3 minutes (photo 4).
