RAW FOOD vs. NORMAL DIET

It is also important that the food will not be exposed to temperatures higher than 50°C.

Using thermal treatment of food, people started to make food more digestible, to destroy some dangers such as viruses, fungi and parasites, in order to keep food longer and to enhance certain tastes in food.
