RAW FOOD vs. NORMAL DIET

This menu consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, legumes, grains, dried fruit, seaweed, fresh squeezed juices from fruits and vegetables. It is also important that the food will not be exposed to temperatures higher than 50°C.
Using thermal treatment of food, people started to make food more digestible, to destroy some dangers such as viruses, fungi and parasites, in order to keep food longer and to enhance certain tastes in food. During the time thermally processed food has become the most represented on our menus. Consuming such food we are not doing good to our health and our body, and we should consider changing the food we consume.
