Crude colorful salad
To prepare this delicious salad of raw vegetables seasoned with hot sauce based on mustard you don’t need a lot of time and preparation, and you’ll enjoy a delicious and healthy meal. Vegetables should not be necessarily the same like in the recipe, but you can play with flavors and vegetables that you love. Zucchini, cucumbers and carrots should be cut into a Julienne mode (fresh vegetables cut to the length of 6-7 cm and a thickness of 2 mm. Then, stack the slices of one another and again cut lengthwise into thin rods of equal width of 1 to 2 mm).
4 tablespoons of chopped spinach
1/3 small red cabbage
1-2 yellow peppers
2-3 cups of halved cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons of yeast
2 teaspoons of black sesame seeds
4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons of cider vinegar
1 squeezed of lemon
1 teaspoon of red pepper
1 teaspoon of curry
1 cup of water
Mix the vegetables in one bowl. Put the ingredients for the dressing into the blender and mix well until you get a nice, smooth compound. Pour dressing over the vegetables and serve.
