EXERCISE

Exercise and physical activity are the easiest and best way to stay healthy and to prevent many diseases. Even Hippocrates said that all parts of the body that are in function, if used properly and exercise, have been developing well, stay healthy and olden slowly, but if they are not in use and do not exercise they become more prone to disease, stunted and quickly old. Today’s way of life, anxiety, when we spend most of the day sitting, eating bad food really affects the increasing occurrence of various diseases and disorders, and obesity. Exercise is very important for maintaining our physical and mental health. Many physical changes that regularly are associated with aging, such as loss of muscle mass and increase fat deposits actually have no connection at all with aging, but are caused by inactivity and mental attitude that is quite normal that as we get older, we also become weaker.

Exercise can be done in many ways, from a simple, lightweight walking or running, through simple stretching exercises, to achieve the condition. The best time for exercise is in the morning hours between 6am and 10am. Exercising in the morning will keep us mobile all day, it will improve our metabolism, boost appetite and stimulate digestion. Of course, exercise at any time of the day is very desirable.

Regular exercise has many good effects on our bodies and our lives. Exercise reduces the risk of many diseases such as heart disease, obesity, stroke, osteoporosis, erectile dysfunction, diabetes, high blood pressure, strengthens muscles and lungs, helps in the circulation of lymph which positively affects to the immune system, reducing anxiety, depression and stress, helps to improve mental abilities, self-esteem, improves the supply of oxygen.

It is not necessary to go to the gym and be engaged in a sport professionally, today is proven that even an easy walk from half an hour to an hour a day has the same effect on our bodies. Scientifically are proven effects of exercise in the prevention of heart disease. Exercise reduces the occurrence of obesity, and thus have a positive influence on raising self-esteem, reducing depression, anxiety and stress. Exercise stimulates the lymphatic flow in our body and improves the oxygen supply, thereby increasing the dissolution of free radicals in the body and enhances the immune system. It is also very important to combine exercise with a healthy diet. When and what we eat plays a big role in how we feel during and after the exercise, regardless whether we are a professional athlete or just recreational exerciser.

Today, it is recommended that children and young people should daily spend 60 minutes of exercise, and the elderly should adjust their state of health and the recommendations of doctors. Of course, exercise alone is not a magic pill that will cure us, first of all it is important to change habits and throw away all the harmful things such as alcohol and cigarettes, change your nutritition and start a healthy diet and physical activity minimum one hour a day, in such way we will improve our health and overall life.

On our program of detoxification and weight loss, exercise and physical activity are one of the main components of the program. Every day we have a morning walk and stretching exercises, the longer afternoon walk and exercise in the gym or yoga exercises.
