Started the third this year’s program of detoxification and weight loss

3/11/2017 at hotel Medena started the third this year’s program of detoxification and weight loss. How on this program, we have younger students, who are in good physical condition, already from the first day we started with more demanding and longer walks. Daily we walk about 20km. We walk by the sea, forests and hills in the area. In addition to walking, each day begins with morning exercises by the sea. Of course with a lot of physical activity during each day, the most important part of our program is a program of fasting with fresh fruit and vegetables, and clear vegetable soup.
Like any program so far, this program runs in a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere, with a lot of conversation, friendship and fun.
