Apples can be eaten in many ways, most often we eat them raw, but we can also bake or cook them, dry, squeeze the juice, use as an ingredient in cakes, marmalades and jams, and it is also very healthy to consume them as a vinegar. Apple vinegar is obtained by fermenting apple juice, it is used in salads or as a healthy drink mixed with honey and water. It is recommended to eat apples half an hour before or after meals.
