SALAD:
Daily salad
Preparing ingredients – 15 minutes for 2 persons:
1 small juicy apple
1 large carrot
1 onion
4 hands chopped mixed lettuce salad
Cut apple into small cubes, grate carrots, chop onions and add it to the bowl with the lettuce. Pour 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil and add vinegar to taste
A colorful salad
Preparing ingredients – 15 minutes for 2 persons:
1 zucchini

Apple cider vinegar
1 apple
1 teaspoon of honey
1 head of lettuce
1 garlic – squeezed
2 tomatoes
lemon juice
1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
Grate flask, cycle and an apple, add tomatoes and lettuce. Pour sauce.

Blitvinians rolls
Preparation 40 min. Thermal treatment 30 min
1 medium onion
6 medium potatoes
4 carrots

In one pot cook vegetables and potatoes in the second. When the vegetables are cooked, we mash them.Mash boiled potatoes with 1 squeezed garlic. Dip “blitva” in boiling water. Take care not to soften too much. When removed, cut out the hard white part. Add mashed vegetables and mashed potatoes wrap it like a pancake.
Festive broccoli
Preparation 20 minutes thermal treatment 40 min
1 large broccoli
1 small onion cut into cubes
1 garlic
1 yellow pepper cut into strips
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Spices to taste
Peel the stalks of broccoli, sliced broccoli lengthwise into quarters. Put the broccoli in boiling water. When half cooked squeeze garlic on the broccoli and add the onions and peppers. Cook in a covered pot with a small fire for 20 minutes. Pepper doesn’t need to be completely overcooked. Take out the broccoli add more linseed oil. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Stuffed peppers
6 potatoes
4 carrots

4 yellow or red peppers
1 small apple
From potato mash potatoes. Porvrće cooked and cut, and add the puree. Also cut an apple on small cubes and add the puree. Open raw peppers and clean the seeds. Add the puree and vegetables with apple. All together we put it back in the oven to warm up a little pepper, and essentially remains raw.
