On our program you will learn how to prepare raw foods, the benefits of consuming raw food, and other essential things related to raw diet.

Raw food diet is a type of diet that is based on the consumption of raw and unprocessed plant foods. Raw food menu consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, legumes, grains, dried fruit, seaweed and fresh squeezed juices from fruits and vegetables. It is also important that the food is not exposed to temperatures higher than 50 degrees Celsius.
